The 7th Batch (2021-2023) of PGDBA program successfully completed its placement process. This unique course structure leverages the Industry connect and offers a 6-month Corporate Internship, which provides time for the candidates to prove their mettle in the industry. This resulted in 68.33% of the batch securing pre-placement offers (PPOs) with marquee firms like DE Shaw & Co, Mastercard, QRT, BCG Gamma, Providence and Play games which strongly indicates the industry-readiness of the program students. Some of the prominent recruiters who participated in the Final Placement Process were Oliver Wyman, Blinkit, Aditya Birla Capital and Tech Mahindra.
The successful completion of the recruitment cycle for the batch 2023 stands testament to the high quality of the students in the program and the robust nature of the placement process that provides adequate flexibility to both students and recruiters. In line with the prior trends, this year's final remunerations witnessed substantial growth, while average remuneration was recorded at INR 31.37 LPA surpassing last year's figure of INR 29.71 LPA with growth of 5.6%. The highest offer received was with a remuneration of INR 52.00 Lacs, for this batch. Despite the economic slowdown, the Median CTC grew by 10.9% to reach a high of INR 31.05 LPA
